A beautiful golden brown Meliora Ham and BioCheese quiche that will delight the whole family.
Ingredients
- 150g, Meliora Plant-Based Ham Style Slices, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) grated BioCheese Block - Original
- 1/3 cup (50g) self-raising flour
- Salt & freshly ground pepper, to season
- 200mL Meliora Plant-Based Egg
- 1 1/2 cups (375ml) plant-based milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a 5 cup capacity pie dish.
- Combine Meliora Plant-Based Ham Style Slices, onion, BioCheese, flour, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Scatter over base of dish.
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a large jug and pour over Meliora Ham mixture.
- Cook for about 40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly, and serve warm or cold.
